Choir

I've been a part of this group for one year a couple years ago and it's a very welcoming place! It's a place where singers of all types and experiences can come together and enjoy singing and connect through music. Samara and Andrew are amazingly talented and the care for each member shows through their attitude and patience. There is a positive energy they always bring to the group and it makes learning together more fun. I love checking in and seeing what they're up to every now and then because their work is beautiful! (:

I've absolutely loved singing with this group. Our rehearsals are filled with opportunities to sing, laugh, learn, and come together as part of a very special musical community. Concerts have been a real treat for my friends and family who've made it out to see us perform.

What an amazing experience Samara and Andrew have offered me and many other singers. I couldn't tell you how special of an environment they have created together. The music, the fun, the hard work combined, create a beautiful space for musical expression. Whether you are a beginner singer or an expert, these two beautiful people will offer and teach anyone who has the drive and passion to create beautiful music.

Samara and Andrew have built an amazing family of choirs, dedicated to making beautiful music while supporting an atmosphere of inclusivity and community involvement.

Truly cannot find enough words to convey how much love I have for Chorus Studio, including the incomparable team of BRILLIANT teachers, and all the other Chorus Studio members who have become amazing friends along the way. I've been singing with the choirs at Chorus Studio for the last two years, and can definitively say you will not find a more decidedly welcoming and inclusive environment. If you're looking for something to fill your cup, this is it!Choir Director and co-founder Rebecca Lam is as smart and knowledgeable as she is funny and real and compassionate and kind. If you are nervous about joining a choir or doing lessons or a singing workshop, don't be. The entire team, including other co-founder Rachel Wong, fosters such a supportive space to grow and explore, and not only forgives mistakes and blunders but ENCOURAGES them. This was evident from day one, and has continued to be one of my favourite things about the Chorus Studio team.Highly recommend joining Singer's Circle, taking private lessons, or signing up for a choir - I'm partial to B-Roll! Such a fun activity to do once or twice a week, and as a bonus, you will get to be part of an amazing community of like-minded people, who also just happen to really enjoy singing.

Highly Recommend this place for people who want to attend a church that isn't stuffy and strict. Frankly, it's a breath of fresh air!
